My desire to be in market research started Spring of my senior year in college when I realized my summer jobs and various internships, including Yankelovich, were all connected to the research industry; it wasn’t a passion, but rather, my best opportunity for full-time employment.

It helped that I was one of the few who actually enjoyed my statistics classes. I also appreciated the process and structure associated with research—and still do—working on an assignment from start to finish and solving challenges encountered on the way. After many years with TRC, I still relish the process and my continual exposure to all aspects of research in a variety of industries. TRC couldn’t make me leave if they tried—I love the people, the work and my clients.

I’ve been fortunate to specialize in healthcare—a field that has always been an interest of mine, and one that continues to be in dire need of change. I’ve conducted studies for many national and local health insurance carriers, hospital and health systems, disease management companies, and other related businesses.

I take a hands-on approach and stay involved through the duration. I enjoy the design phase and talking with clients about ways we can help them use the results to make decisions. I often challenge clients to think about methods and approaches they hadn’t considered, and push our internal research team to make sure the surveys, reports, and project execution meet and exceed client needs.

In my downtime, I’m a mother, dog owner, and a runner. I run to balance the stress from working and living in a fast-pace. I strive for one half marathon a year. When I’m not driving my three children to their various sporting events, I enjoy cooking, skiing, relaxing in the Outer Banks or Lake Winnipesaukee, and home improvement projects.
