On June 3rd, TRC partnered with the New York AMA, and academics from Columbia and Wharton, to host a research conference themed  Brand Insights: The Use of Choice and Online Methods. Couldn't make the day? No problem - check out a summary of the event.

Practioners' Place
A "bottom-up" alternative to conjoint analysis: Self-Explicated Method (SEM). Conjoint and other decompositional approaches are widely used, but can be difficult to implement when options get numerous or complex. Compositional (bottom-up) techniques are less popular, but can prove to be a valuable tool in your preference management tool belt. Read more about SEM in this TRC White Paper.
